We ship USPS. For small orders, you will have the option of First Class. Otherwise, our standard method is Priority Mail. Your options will display during checkout.

Free Shipping!!! For all orders over $35.00 before tax, we offer free shipping! Be sure to choose the option when checking out.

Shipping time varies with payment method.

Paypal: Weekday orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. Saturday and Sunday orders are shipped on Monday morning. Credit and debit cards generally clear immediately, while e-checks take 3-5 days to clear.

Money Orders: Orders are shipped three business days after receipt of payment.

Personal Checks: Orders are shipped 7 business days after receipt of payment.

Shipping for U.S. Possessions, Territories, and Freely Associated States:

We ship USPS. Depending on your order size, you may have the option of either International First Class or International Priority Mail. Orders are shipped out within 1-5 days of receiving your cleared payment through Paypal.

How To Order:

To order online, add items to your cart. When you're done, click "Show Cart" on the right column of the screen. From there, click "Checkout" and follow the prompts on each screen. You may create an account, or order without registering. It's your choice. By choosing Paypal, you can pay with a credit card. At the end of the checkout process on The Straddle Creek Soap Shop website, please "confirm" your order. You will then be automatically taken to Paypal to complete your transaction. At the end, please be sure to click on "Return to The Straddle Creek Soap Shop" to finalize your order.

Phone orders are accepted. Call us at 815/244-7016. You may place your order, and then mail in your payment.

International orders must be placed online as we only accept Paypal for payment.

Hours of Operation:

The Straddle Creek Soap Shop is a small, family-run business. We are not open to the public, but feel free to give us a call. Generally, we keep standard 9-5, M-F business hours, but this is not set in stone. Sometimes, we are available outside of the standard hours. And if we're ever difficult to get a hold of, assume we're busy brewing up your next batch of succulent, mesmerizing, all-natural soap!

Payment:

Paypal accepted. Through Paypal, we can take credit card orders. If you choose Paypal as your payment method, you will be asked to "confirm order" at the end of the checkout process, and then be automatically directed to Paypal. After completing your transaction at the Paypal website, you must click "Return to The Straddle Creek Soap Shop" for your order to go through. Please be sure to choose the correct shipping address when checking out at The Straddle Creek Soap Shop website. Paypal may list your billing address as your shipping address. We will ship to the address that you choose on our site, even if Paypal lists a different shipping address.

Money Orders are held for 3 business days before shipping. Please make your money order out to: The Straddle Creek Soap Shop, and mail it to the address provided upon confirmation of your order.

Personal Checks are held for 7 business days before shipping. Please make your check out to: The Straddle Creek Soap Shop, and mail it to the address provided upon confirmation of your order.

International orders must use Paypal.

Sales Tax:

All Illinois orders are charged 6.5% sales tax, according to Illinois law.

Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is important to us. If, for any reason, you would like to return a product, please call us at 815/244-7016 . We will gladly replace or refund your order, less shipping charges.

Special Orders:

We are happy to take your special order. You may request specific scents or combinations of oils. We will accommodate your wishes whenever possible. Call or email to make arrangements.

Soap orders normally ship in 4-6 weeks. All other products normally ship in 1-3 weeks.
